SAN ANTONIO, Texas — Office Furniture Liquidations leased a new warehouse to add to the existing showroom and on-site warehouse, increasing its space by nearly 66%.
The additional warehouse, located at 6950 Alamo Down Parkway in San Antonio, will increase its footprint more than 108,500 square feet.
“These national companies have large lots of furniture that need to be moved fast, … and we expanded to fulfill their capacity needs,” OFL CEO Erik Darmstetter said, adding, “The warehouse lets us have a distribution center for our showroom and get those items to our customers for their businesses same day.”
OFL, located at 6838 Bandera Road, offers high-quality, used and new, commercial-grade office, home and hotel furniture acquired through business liquidations, remodels or real estate lockouts. Currently, the most in-demand needs are seating and height-adjustable desks.
