Deaf Link Expands Sales Capabilities for Office Furniture Liquidations, Furniture World
Office Furniture Liquidations announced that it has partnered with Deaf Link to become the first furniture store in the country to provide communication access in its store to people who are deaf and rely on American Sign Language (ASL) to communicate. Deaf Link’s Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) service is provided through an iPad app, and allows staff to connect with a Deaf Link Certified ASL interpreter to assist with communication between the store and its hearing impaired customers.
